• All sales are final after 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests after this period will not be considered.

Project Timelines

• Projects typically take 1-4 weeks to complete but may extend beyond this timeframe. Delays may occur due to various factors.

Content Responsibility

• Surf City Designs is not responsible for the content placed on websites provided by clients or Surf City Designs content writers.

​

• Clients must approve all content before the website goes live.

       Ownership of Custom Graphics.

Revisions

• A maximum of (1) revision per web design unless specified. 

 

SEO Services

• SEO results are not guaranteed to remain at any point.

• SEO results may take 30-60 days, and results vary based on industry and location.

• SEO updates are highly recommended every 12 months for a minimum cost of $199.
